The biggest success we have had is watching a new player come through Wave to then go on to be a top player at the college level.

Beginner
If you are a beginner it is highly advised that you take a few lessons before you jump on the field with a team so 1. you are not lost on the field 2. you have the basic concepts, the base layer to build upon. Lacrosse is really fun once you have the basic concepts. It is very frustrating for a new player when learning about their pocket which is very unique to lacrosse. We will walk them though it.
Beginner players will work on the fundamentals. scooping, catching, throwing, shooting, field concepts, basic field IQ, learning the rules.

Offense
Advanced players Attack or Offensive midfielder will have a customized lesson for what they are looking to improve on

Defense
Defensive players proper footwork, stick work, clearing, checking, defensive concept and increasing physicality.
All positions will work on speed and footwork, endurance, and improving IQ on the fly.

Goalie
Goalie Training- all goalie concepts from beginner to advanced goalie play will be covered.
All Coaches are experienced teachers of the game, and have real lacrosse experience and are CPR/First Aide Certified and fingerprinted.
Players from all programs and all levels are welcome.
