2 Day Lacrosse Immersion Camp - Incoming Freshman Only

DATES & TIMES: 
Friday, July 13 - 10:00AM - 1:00PM and Saturday, July 14 - 10:00AM - 1:00PM
LOCATION: DHHS - Golden Lantern Field
COST: $125

• Explanation, and practice of all fundamental lacrosse skills at the expected faster High School Pace of practice
  
• Scooping, cradling, dodging, catching, throwing, and shooting mechanics.
  
• Defensive concepts and positioning, offensive concepts and positioning.
  
• Explanation and expectation of why and where to be on the field.
  
• Speed work, fundamental drills, getting comfortable with all gear which moving on the run.
  
• Positions will be explained, Goalie, Defense, Midfield, (faceoff) LSM, Defensive Midfield, Offensive Midfield, and Attack
